Time has come unfortunately for me to part with my armour to fund my next project.
Armour is FX,not the cheap brand ,this was bought as a kit from a reputable source on the FISD forum. The armour is 2mm thick ABS.I have spent alot of time and money heavily modifying the armour including vader dave buttons, firebladejedi canvas belt,BFA td,shoulder bells modded
The armour is fully strapped with the velcro and, snaps and elastic (super sturdy) and the butt and cod piece have been seperated. The biceps, forearms, thighs and shins all have been glue on the front and velcro'd on the back for any shimming or adjustments that may be needed.
Helmet is an AP with TM brow and neck trim.Stomper hovi mic tips with speakers.I have hand painted all the decals exept the tube stripes who were bought from trooper decals, the lenses are 3mm thick green perspex and the inside of the helmet has been painted black.the helmet has been lined with velcro backed foam to allow for different head widths.
I have built this to extremely tough standards making sure noting could go wrong with the armour during a troop for example,All the elastic straps with snaps are double thickness as opposed to single thickness so there is more strength in the elastic, the elastic from the top of the thighs to the belt as well as being double thickness there are also 2 elastic straps per thigh so if 1 accidentially pops out there is still another elastic strap to hold the thigh up.I have added a double thickness nylon strap with popper in it wich the biceps connect to and the nylon strap also holds the chest and backpiece together therefor taking the stress of the ABS shoulder straps and prevents them from cracking. You will notice a white speaker attached to the belt,it has been attached not by velcro like most of the speakers ,i have modified the original dashboard mounting bracket that came with the speaker which screws into the speaker top and bottom so it will never accidentally come off when knocked or pulled off by a punter. Also aswell as the belt mounted speaker the hovis that are fitted to the helmet are from stomper on the FISD and have speakers inside them,so if the speaker on the belt ever fails the helmet hovies can be used as a backup.
Since the finished build of my tk i have helped partially rebuild a fellow trooper's SDS suit and completely build another set of FX tk armour for another trooper, all with very good results
Now for the good stuff :D
I was cleared with this armour in January this year and have trooped in it on 5 occasions with no problems or breaks in the armour. As well as having been cleared with the UKG i have also been cleared as an expert infantryman of which there are only 68 in the world.

I can vouch for TK-7515's armour, it's one of the best FX builds I've ever seen. I know the amount of work he's put into it and know that it's well worth the asking price.
